Return Policy – Live Life Glamorously

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@livelifeglamorously.com. Please note that all returns must be approved prior to sending any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
